- Replacable photoprint inside cover lid.
- A slightly rigid insert is required to hold flat cardboard with ringbinder and wooden blind samples.
- The case should close using magnetic fasteners.
- The depth of the insert slots varies.
Solutions
- By sticking Velcro to the back of the photoprints with industrial-strength adhesive, we made sure that the photos would stay put, but could also be changed without any hassle.
- We use CNC router carving to create an EVA insert, ensuring a seamless one-piece design and accomodating the varying slot depth.
- The magnets are embedded inside the fabric lining.
